Seti River or Bhote Koshi River; $55 per day — 1 to 3 days trip; departs from Kathmandu or Pokhara.   The Seti is a great river for new to intermediate kayakers and rafters.   The Bhote Koshi offers an upper section for expert kayakers or extreme rafting enthusiasts, while the lower Bhote Koshi is a great one day trip appropriate for all skill levels.
