Team Guides

We are looking for experienced rock climbing and canyoning guides to join our team. Must be able to lead climb, be familiar with all safety requirements of climbing and canyoning, be able to teach clients basic techniques for climbing. Guides must be able to speak English.

Freelance Guides

Office Assistant

Do you speak, read and write in English fluently? If so, keep reading… We are looking for an office assistant to help with daily tasks, booking client trips, handling minor accounting entries, and reporting directly to office manager and owners. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Social Media & Marketing Associate

We need a media specialist who is familiar with photography, video, graphics and web design to join our team. Must be super social media savvy. Do you Tweet 25 times per day? Are you a FB freak? Are you popular and Pinteresting? Then we need you. Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Graphics and/or Web Design preferred. Fluency in English a must, and other languages a plus.

Volunteer in Nepal Guides

We hire volunteer guides from outside of Nepal to help train our guides. Volunteer guides help with our Dalit Training Program in recruiting and training marginalized youth to have better jobs in tourism in Nepal. Space for volunteer guides is on a first come, first serve basis. First Aid, Swift Water Rescue and Climbing Certification a plus! Volunteers must be comfortable training in English.
