Nepal Rafting Trips
Travel Nepal on the Water
White water rafting is one of the best ways to see the “real” Nepal. Think of the river as a liquid highway that gives you a perspective of everyday life from the water. This is very relevant in Nepal wear it is common to see people washing, fishing, working and playing along side the rivers.
If you are thinking about visiting Nepal, consider one of our awesome river trips. There are one day trips up to 3 weeks expeditions available. All our rafting trips in Nepal include transportation, camping, meals, guides and safety kayakers.
Trisuli River
This is Nepal’s most common and accessible rafting river. Hardcore Nepal day trips combine other activities with this 1-2 day river trip. It is a great add-on for canyoning tours or the popular Canyon, Cave, and Climbing Trip.
Bhote Kosi (River)
The Bhote Kosi is a favorite river for rafting and kayaking in Nepal because it is easy to get to, has multiple sections with extreme class V rapids and on the lower some fun splash and crash class III rapids. There’s a little something for everyone. Hardcore Nepal has fixed departure dates for the lower Bhote Kosi river, but the Upper Bote Koshi is only done later in the season when the river opens and is accessible for rafting and kayaking.
Sun Kosi (River)
Called one of the world’s best rafting trips, the Sun Kosi features “Everest Whitewater” as the Kosi river system starts in the Himalayan region of Nepal. This trip is a week long adventure through the heartland of the Himalaya, and takes you past amazing villages and leads you to pristine river beaches where we spend the night camping.
Check for our fixed departures as this trip requires a minimum of six passengers to depart.
